We took our dog Mia to Vet Now on 28th September, but Vet Ozlem Cosar barely examined her, didn’t check her temperature, and only prescribed a mild antibiotic. A few days later, Mia’s eye was much worse, and she was in visible pain. At Rosemary Avenue Veterinary Clinic, Vets Yuting Windy Chen and Roman Asenoviv were caring and thorough, but sadly, Mia’s eye had to be removed. This was heartbreaking for our family, especially my daughter. We hope Vet Now improves their care so no other pet suffers like Mia did.

What a lovely place and service. Raj has been truly amazing in devoting his time and patience to desensitising my dog who was severly anxious of vet visits in the past. He has won his trust and confidence and can now be examined and treated while remaining calm - he is a different dog and Raj a dog whisperer! Also special mention to the reception staff who are always so friendly, especially Lizzie who never fails to greet us with a smile and genuine interest.

Wood Street Vet has been amazing since day one. The staff are great and friendly. Peanut loves visiting even after a surgery. They maybe slightly pricier than other nearby vets but it’s worth every penny for how they treat my little baby ☺️

Awful experience. Brought my elderly cat in for a blood test as they couldn’t tell from the examination what was ailing her. I was told the cost of the blood test was £281 and then the vet came out to the waiting area to ask if they could sedate my cat because she didn’t want her bloods done. They failed to disclose that this would cost an additional £260. I had assumed since they didn’t mention additional cost that this was part and parcel of the original fee. The blood work is inconclusive. The bill for an examination, bloods and anti nausea and pain relief medication was £642. The vet is suggesting a scan. Again no mention of cost. They know you are vulnerable and upset when your pet is ill. When the costs are this significant they need to be discussed with the owner before hand! Make sure you check the cost of the tests and treatments they are suggesting. When I expressed my shock at the cost the receptionist just said well isn’t she insured!!!!

Amazing experience with that Veterinary Hospital, wonderful patient care and professional dedication. We Highly recommend Dr. Danielle Cortelli for his knowledge, professionalism, gentle approach taking care and treating our precious cat Lucia. She has very challenging health issues, but we both don't give up and are still fighting for her recovery.
