Creature Comforts are very different from other vets , The whole place is designed to put you and your animal at ease, with treats for them and coffee for you . Everyone is very caring and friendly.

I managed to get a same day emergency appt and took my dog in thinking she had an upset stomach. It transpired she had a uterus infection and they were operating on her within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring and efficient service. These guys are amazing.

Took my 18 and 17 year old senior cats for a check up today. Was my first visit The environment is clean, calm and the staff are so lovely, approachable and professional. The vet was very friendly and very caring about both their needs and of course knowledgeable. I am super grateful Creature comforts was recommended to me by my neighbour. Gopi who is not the best of patients was calm and also gave a paws up for Creature Comforts.

Best Vets in London! Excellent service from the first call, to being welcomed with such warm and professional staff. My dog was very sick for weeks, making me unwell too and if it wasn’t for the fantastic care we received, I honestly don’t know where I would be today! Free tennis balls & treats is jysy the start, also offered tea/coffee on arrival every time! Special care for every visit and consideration which I’m so grateful for, no words can express how much 🥹🙏🏽❤️‍🩹

We went to the Barnet clinic for the first time in a severe emergency with my 18 year old cat having an epilepsy attack for the first time. Extremely helpful and flexible staff, very professional but kind and supportive as well.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into what feels like a luxury hotel for animals, the space is clean, calm, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out to put both pets and owners at ease. The team here is incredibly experienced, compassionate, and genuinely go above and beyond to look after you and your pet. You can feel how much they care, taking the time to explain everything clearly and treating every animal with love, patience, and expert attention. One of the loveliest touches is the goodie bag each pet receives when they leave , it helps create such a positive, stress-free experience and really sets Creature Comforts apart. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they are everything you’d hope for in a veterinary practice and more.

Brilliant personal service from lovely people. Kate our vet spent so much time helping acclimatise our anxious dog until he was happy to have his injections with no bother and without the need for a muzzle. Everyone we’ve met on reception so friendly and kind! Can’t recommend enough!
