What a FANTASTIC experience,from the moment we walked in we were made to fell welcome from all the staff offered a drink and a goodie bag for the dog. Before ant test and treatments were carried out the vet gave the cost at every stage. After the consultation we had a tour around the back meeting all the staff.

Excellent and incredibly friendly customer service from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave. My cat has several health issues and is normally extremely afraid of vets, but after his visit to CC, he was completely fine, calm, and stress-free. The whole experience was fantastic, and the team made us both feel very comfortable. I highly recommend CC . It is definitely one of the best veterinary practices in London!

We had our first visit today. Very friendly and informative staff. We felt very welcomed and decided to move from our last vet. Also our dog who hated going to last vet and always tried running away today at Creature Comforts felt very relaxed and comfortable .and for a change didn’t try to run out the door. We even got a tour of the place with lovely Jemma. Not to mentions treats and bolls which Myla absolutely loved. The vet even got some kisses from Myla on the end of the visit - out last vet tried very hard but in 1,5 years never managed 😂 Gorgeous space didn’t feel like we were at the vet. t’s our first visit but so far so good. We already love it there to be honest ❤️

An amazing vet experience, the vet and staff are welcoming and warm. My dog was treated with care and respect and I felt really looked after. Very impressive level of service and care for dogs and their owners. I highly recommend them.
