They are a very good team and caring. But what upset me was being told £90 for blood tests over the phone only to be charged £252. What annoys me is not being told that more tests are needed and unfortunately the price will go up. It’s bad enough that we have a sick cat and worried about her only to be given a bill like that. You lot are good people but you need to communicate with the customers. The lady that I saw yesterday was very nice but telling me that there are 7 parameters out means nothing to me. Please try to explain properly. She had a very strong accent so I found it difficult to understand. I was given a price for bringing her in for three days so they can put her on a drip, but Fear that that price will more than double without even being told. You are a very good veterinary surgery, but I think transparency is Required

I took my recently adopted Cat Singer, who was a stray to neuter under the Cats Protection C4 scheme because our vet does not offer this scheme and we are low income family. I went around checking which veterinaries had the most senior vets because I did not wanted to take singer to a recently Graduate vet, I wanted someone with experience...on the day I brought singer for his operation, Dr Christopher Hailes and another young lady received me and Singer and I explained exactly this...that I did not want a recent graduate to operate on my Singer...only to be told later that Jordan Hodges, who is one of the vets, and graduated very recently in 2024 was the assigned vet of singer operation! this completely defeat the purpose of bringing Singer to this Veterinary centre which is far away from us and only was chosen out of all others who offer C4 scheme because it had older vets like Dr Christopher Hailes. after he came home, he had Diarrhea which I informed the clinic about immediately, they then prescribe another painkiller which I went to pick up on the same day, when I returned home, I had some questions about the painkiller doses, because the label in the medicine and the information given to me at the time of collection at reception was different and I was not sure about the dosage. During this time wrote lots of emails and I took pictures of Singer wound etc and emails them to the clinic, only for the clinic never replied to me, and no matter if it was text messages, whatsapp or emails they always said they dont receive them, despite I showed at reception that I am sending to the correct email and that it seemed they had blocked my email? two days after his operation he was taken back to the clinic because he had an infection...he was put on antibiotics and another painkiller. today a week later I took him for his last appointment for checking him, what an appalling disgusting veterinary Nurse by the name of Taymar Catherine Limerick , this woman, seemed she just came out of a Military Centre not a veterinary school!!! she did not handle with care my singer and was being over aggressive for no reason, singer is a very gentle cat and she act evil and cruel, she asked me to hold down singer to measure his temperature, and shoved the thermometer up his anus all the way that even the screen hardly could be seen, I am going to report her for her behavior, she should not be practicing, she is cruel and sadistic! a veterinary nurse from hell.

We’ve been bringing our dog to Two by Two for the past two years, and every vet we’ve seen has been kind, considerate, and genuinely caring. The reception team is always warm and understanding as well. We recently saw Dora, who offered us some really helpful behavioural advice. We truly appreciate the excellent care our dog receives here.
