Vets Now Barnet

I couldn’t thank you 🙏 enough what you did for my cat and his care. You were all amazing caring and understanding. You kept me informed and collecting him on Sunday morning with his stitches and drainage. It broke my heart. But I wish to thank you all 🙏

The service received was caring and professional the two staff members who dealt with our dog Mitzy were amazing. Unfortunately when we left Barnet and were then in the care of Hendon PDSA was a different story. Sadly Mitzy was out to sleep later that morning.

I had to go to Vets Now Barnet, for emergency treatment of my dog. They were exceedingly helpful and kin in their treatment of my dog, it is an excellent service

Absolutely appalling experience with Vets now. I recently contacted them to put my elderly cat to sleep, and they quoted £470. I was shocked and dismayed by the exorbitant cost, especially considering the emotional distress my cat and I were already experiencing. To quote such a high amount, more than triple what I ended up paying the following day for the same procedure during normal hours, is nothing short of heartless. It's clear that they prioritize profits over compassion and the welfare of animals. For a service that should be about compassion and care, their approach is utterly unacceptable. I urge Vets Now to rethink how they handle the end of life procedures for pets and focus on compassion and mercy for those going through desperate traumatic times, not how much money they can get out of a quick procedure.

Amazing vets practice. All the staff vets, nurses, reception were so kind, considerate and compassionate while I cried. A lot. They saved my cat with a blocked bladder and gave the both of us excellent care throughout. Massively grateful.

The vet was nice and friendly and gave good, thorough, clear advice and information. My dog was operated on quite quickly and I was contacted when they said they would, which was reassuring. My only negative feedback is the cost of treatment, I feel that £360 to walk in and be seen is way too much and £3600 for surgery is shockingly expensive. But you are in their hands and want what’s best for your pet. However, i am grateful for them saving my dog.

This was my second visit out of hours to Vets Now in Barnet and the service provided is still as outstanding. Caring and considerate staff from start to end; Greeted on arrival by a lovely cat roaming free around the clinic that sets the tone for the place, a soothing presence that tells you your pet will be in good hands.
