Huge praise from me. Both vets are very knowledgable, and genuinely kind, patient and interested in my dogs. Both receptionists are consistently incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is clean and looked after well and there is no hard sell or long waiting times, which I have experienced elsewhere. It feels like a family practice. I would heartily recommend trusting your little friends with these good people.

Highly recommend! If you are looking for a vet who is highly knowledgable and will spend the time to throughly check your animal, ask for Shweta! She’s absolutely lovely and has investigated my dog’s health more than any other vet I have gone to. 10/10 from me! Thank you for your help!

We were originally with vets 4 pets in Borehamwood where Shweta was the vet and she went above and beyond for our cats and we followed her to Whetstone. We now have a new puppy Teddy and we are receiving the same care. I have used a lot of vets but have to say I would highly recommend this practice. Shweta, Hannah and the reception team have been wonderful. We will not forget their kindness when our cats sadly had to go to cat heaven.

I have been on 3 occasions in the last month to this new practice. All I can say is in the 20 years I have had dogs, the vets here are superb. This is the best overall experience I have had of animal care. The vets are professional, kind and knowledgeable providing us with excellent care and advice. My sister has experienced the same and we can’ t give enough praise to this new practice.

Totally not transparent with their costs they claim they all prices are estimated like their builders. Even though you sign a contract saying the cost on it they then argue with you. I had a £400 bill ended up £511 when I said I’m not paying it and I might be gonna commit to £400 which was given to me, they threatened me with bailiffs One member of staff jilly Grabbed my daughter’s arm because she picked up a pen off the side. My daughter is autistic and only eight years old. The behaviour of this said nurse is disgusting. The pricing and their claim to estimate cost is disgusting. Do not go anywhere near this Franchise of pets at home absolute disgusting. 🤮 Do not go anywhere near Whetstone branch.

Not a good experience at all. The receptionists didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and many of our questions were left unanswered. However, the most important reason I would not take my puppy there again is the extremely poor hygiene of the clinic. Inside the examination room, there was hair everywhere — on the floor, on the weighing scale where my unvaccinated puppy was placed, and in every spot she was moved to. I was quite panicked and honestly shocked to see such messiness in a veterinary clinic. I would expect a clean and hygienic environment for my dog’s care. What a shame, as the clinic is conveniently located next door and has a store underneath. Unfortunately, cleanliness and good customer service are essential to me, and this place fell far short.
